The Protection Plan is a service contract between you and the provider(s) indicated below. This is a summary of some of the contract's key terms. One-year or two-year replacement plans; Covered mechanical or electrical failures due to defects in materials and workmanship - Coverage for failure begins when the corresponding coverage under the manufacturer's warranty expires; Damages resulting from a covered power surge incident while using an approved surge protector - Coverage begins upon contract purchase date; No deductible for approved claims; No shipping costs for the replacement to be shipped; Cancel at any time.
Plans cover new products only; Plans subject to applicable tax (see cart at checkout); Available only in the United States (excluding U.S. Possessions); Covered part must be for personal/residential use; Manufacturer's maintenance and care instructions must be performed; Not all breakdowns covered.
